Cancellations
Please remember that when you schedule an appointment, the reservation of that time is specifically held for you. If you must cancel an appointment for any reason, please provide 24 hours-notice. No shows for scheduled appointments or late cancellations affect everyone and make it difficult for our clients to be seen in a timely manner. Appointments cancelled without at least a 24 hours-notice may be charged a Missed Appointment/Late Cancellation Fee.
Fees
Payment in full is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard. A self-pay option is also available. Upon check-in co-pays and payment for services not covered by insurance or Medicaid is due.
