New Directions CS, PLLC is a well-established behavioral counseling practice with a great reputation in the community.  We are currently seeking to hire:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Provisionally licensed providers welcome to submit applications as well

Requirements:

• Experience in the diagnosis and treatment of all age groups
• Experience and willingness to work with children a must
• Comfortable in utilizing a neurodevelopmental approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Works well in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and share existing ones
• Must keep accurate, timely, and professional documentation
• Licensed in State of NC

Essential Functions:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for individuals seeking mental health services
• Provide evidenced based therapeutic interventions to children, adolescents, and adults both individually as well as in family and group treatment
• Be able to tailor interventions to meet the developmental needs and learning style of the client
• Write clear, comprehensive, and timely reports
• Be willing to coordinate services with other professionals
• Commit to lifelong learning
• Work to enrich the relationship New Directions has with our community
